The Jeep Grand Cherokee comes standard with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that puts out 295 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. There are also three other engine choices:
- A 5.7-liter V8 that generates 360 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque
- A 6.4-liter V8 that produces 475 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque
- A 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that pumps out 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft of torque
You’ll get a smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic transmission with any of the four engines. Rear-wheel drive comes standard, but four-wheel drive is available.
This new Jeep handles very well, and it can go almost anywhere, especially the Trailhawk trim. In addition to four-wheel drive, it comes with an air suspension system, all-terrain tires, and a limited-slip differential.
The cabin in the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee is very roomy and there is plenty of space for up to five people. Cloth upholstery comes standard, and extras include:
