The Small but Mighty 2021 Jeep® Compass
You can always count on a Jeep® for a rugged SUV, but that doesn’t mean you need to go with one of their larger models. The 2021 Jeep Compass, for example, may have a smaller stature, but it certainly doesn’t lack in any of the areas Jeep is known for.
Power and Performance
The Jeep Compass only has one engine to pick from, but it’s pretty potent. It’s a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder unit that puts out 180 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. This comes with a six-speed automatic transmission, but a nine-speed automatic is available. Front-wheel drive is standard, but you can swap that out for four-wheel drive.
Great as a daily driver, this new Jeep may be even more impressive when you leave the asphalt. The Selec-Terrain traction management system comes with 4-wheel drive models, and this offers four settings to help you tackle any terrain: auto, sand, mud, and snow. And for the best off-road experience, you’ll want to go with the Trailhawk trim. A rock traction setting is standard, as are hill descent control and an off-road suspension system.
Five people will fit very comfortably in the Jeep Compass. Cloth upholstery and six-way manually adjustable front seats are standard. To enhance your comfort, you can also opt for:
- Heated and ventilated front seats
- Driver’s seat memory settings
- Eight-way power-adjustable front seats
- A heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel
- Vinyl upholstery
If you often travel with a lot of stuff, you will appreciate the cargo space in the Jeep Compass: 27.2 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 59.8 cubic feet when they’re folded. The top two trims come standard with a power liftgate.
This Jeep SUV is loaded with tech, and every model has:
- Remote keyless entry
- Two USB ports
- Apple CarPlay®
- Android Auto™
- A seven-inch touchscreen
- A six-speaker stereo
- Voice recognition
An 8.4-inch touchscreen, navigation, and HD radio are among the available tech features.
Jeep models are designed to be tough, so you know that they can help keep you safe. Every Jeep Compass also comes with brake assist, a rearview camera, and traction control. Optional features include rear cross-traffic alert, lane keep assist, and forward collision warning.
You have to get behind the wheel of the 2021 Jeep Compass to get the full experience, and you can do that at Ed Voyles Jeep near Atlanta. We can also show you any other model, such as the Jeep Wrangler.
