"This email is overdue but please understand that it is just as sincere as if we had sent it three weeks ago. My husband and I were traveling home from Florida to Indiana on Sunday, May 1st. We started having brake problems on I-75 near Mt. Paran so we pulled off the highway. We have a 2008 Town & Country Limited (with a GPS, thankfully!). We turned on the Points of Interest on the GPS and found your dealership. We called your number around 3:00 p.m. hoping to get your store's hours of operation, never dreaming it would be open on a Sunday as Indiana dealers are never open on Sundays. With a sigh of relief, yet somewhat apprehensive that the car would make the 7 mile journey, we followed the GPS's directions.
When we arrived, Scott Lucas had us fill out a service request and then volunteered to take us to a nearby hotel. At 9:15 the next morning we received a call advising us our van would be ready in 45 minutes and the shuttle would be there to pick us up at 9:30. Sure enough, we were back on the road to Indiana by 10:00 a.m.
We owe you a great deal of thanks for not only your efficient service, but also for the warm hospitality and thoughtfulness extended to us. You made what was a scary and nerve-wracking experience into a mild inconvenience. We appreciate the wonderful service that is so hard to find these days. Thanks again!

Your team has excellent - excellent customer service. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from the very first moment I walked through the showroom door. I also got my 300 maintenance through your service department and always receive good service there. I notice that some changes were made to enhance the service department and that just shows that you are listening to your customers.
You have outstanding follow up, I have received emails and calls from people making sure that I was satisfied with the service I receive as well as my purchase. I can say that the 200 is/was not my first choice, but I do like all its amenities.
Lastly, I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from Ed Voyles and Craig Williams as long as I continue to receive the quality of service that everyone at Ed Voyles has in the past, the present and hopefully in the future provide.

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received in your service department this morning. Your service manager named Christie was great and very helpful, but what really impressed me was that the General Manager of the Dealership walked through the service department very quickly and still had the awareness level to spot me from across the room looking as if I had not been helped.
Now when you take into consideration there may have been 20+ people in the room at the time, and still noticed......I was impressed. Thank you
