First time dealing with this dealership. Honestly, one of the better service experiences I've ever had. Not because they went above and beyond, but because the service advisor (Jonathan Gross) was in regular communication, set my expectations appropriately, actually called back, and followed up when he said he would. They simply did a good job, and Jonathan provided good customer service in the process. I'm sure we've all run into those advisors that sound more like salesman, it was nice to not have to deal with a service advisor more concerned with his upsell!

We had to get some locks off at tire and the young man that is from New York helped us was very professional and delightful. I enjoyed being there and the service was quick I’ll be back again.

We found our new vehicle on Ed Voyles website and immediately contacted the dealership about it. They had just received it on trade, so the truck on the website was just a default picture because they were in the process of detailing it. This didn’t stop Volkan from going to the garage where the detail was taking place and taking a good video for us. We knew we wanted to buy the truck, but we were a few hours away from the dealership and wouldn’t make it down there in time before they closed. Volkan stayed in contact with us about the truck the following day because he knew we wouldn’t be able to make it down until that evening. There were other buyers interested in the truck so he made sure he stayed on top of it to let us know whether or not it was still going to be there when we got there. Once we were on our way, he was able to hold the truck for us and we were able to go through a very easy process in purchasing it. Volkan was a very nice guy and made sure we didn’t feel any pressure in making a purchase like other salesman would’ve. I would have no hesitation with going to Volkan again when looking for another vehicle.

Everyone we dealt with was absolutely perfect. Salesman (Ethan), finance guy (cant remember his name) and the sales manager on duty (David) were 100% perfect. They had the exact car my wife was looking for down to a tee. At first, I had been loyal to Rick Hendricks CDJR for quite some time, so I was trying to work with them to do a dealer trade but couldn't get anyone to call me back, much less answer the phone. So I said screw it and called Ed Voyles CDJR and spoke to my salesman. We arranged a time for myself and my wife to show up. I wont go into detail but, we hit a couple of hiccups during the whole process and they were more than able to find a way to fix it that met both our needs. Salesman, sales manager and finance were all top notch primo.

On November 25,2025 I purchased a preowned Chrysler Pacifica from Ed Voyles Chrysler with approximately 58,000 miles. On December 1, 2025 during a highway trip, I noticed that when going uphill, the transmission was shifting excessively and was sometimes jerky. I took the vehicle to a different Chrysler dealer closer to my home for inspection. Their service department found that several engine mounts and transmission mounts were broken, and the total cost to repair was quoted at $2,300. Since I had purchased the vehicle less than two weeks earlier and had driven fewer than 500 miles, I contacted Ed Voyles Chrysler to request that they cover the repair. I was informed that they would not take responsibility and that I would be required to pay for the repairs myself. Numerous texts, phone calls and email requests for a copy of the Pre-owned Vehicle Inspection Report have produced no results.

If you want an honest and reliable place to fix your vehicle, don’t go here. I got into a car accident in which my vehicle was hit on the driver side and wouldn’t start afterwards. I brought my van here and was initially told that it needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery on my own and took it to them to install. I was charged $149 just for an install. Fast forward to three weeks later and I was given a quote for $4789 to fix it the van. Since I needed the car to get back to work, stated for them to proceed with the needed repairs. After not hearing back for two weeks I contacted them for a status on my vehicle and when it would be ready for pickup. The advisor responded that he had been out ill and apologized for the inconvenience. He also added that he was going to call me to let me know that the car had wiring issues and it was going to be an additional $2650. At this point I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of giving me a manager, I was connected to yet another advisor who told me there’s nothing they can do and that I could just come and pick up my car. When I asked how for the final price for pick up the advisor quoted me $625 over the phone and I asked twice if this was the out the door price. Even though I still thought this was ridiculous since all that was done was the install and diagnostic, I agreed to the price and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was given an invoice for $965 instead of the $625 that I was quoted previously over the phone. The guy next to my advisor stayed that he did not have all the paperwork in front of him and proceeded to process the payment for $965. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have had in my lifetime. I’m writing this in hopes of wanting future customers. Hopefully this review could help others stay away from these people and be smart by saving money and going elsewhere. The service is terrible and they are just out to take money from people who are already dealing with mishaps in this economy. Needless to say, I got my van back exactly how I gave it to them.

We are traveling to Daytona Beach, FL a d our engine light came on this morning. Took my Challenger to be checked and the attendant was very professional and thorough. The service area is one of the best I have seen with numerous attendants ready to take you. He showed me what the computer indicated and said it would be safe to travel and have the service done when I get home to determine which of the emissions switches may need replacement. Very thankful and in less than 15 minutes I was driving out of the bay. Highly recommend the dealership.

I had originally went in to get a quick oil change and was greeted with a smile from Linsey.When I was going to leave my car broke down in their quick lane for a sensor going bad. Thankfully it happened at the dealership and not on my trip to Florida. Linsey was there with updates every step of the way. What is normally a stressful thing to deal with Linsey was there with support and a friendly smile. She was top tier and an outstanding team member.

I had a stellar experience with the Ed Voyles Dodge service department. I'm only in Atlanta for the summer and brought in my 2012 Dodge Journey expecting a simple fix. Turns out, the car had more than a few hidden issues — it’s an older model and not the easiest to work on — but the team handled everything with patience and professionalism. I was lucky to be assigned to Jim Hanham, who took excellent care of me throughout the process. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, clearly explained what was going on, and worked with me to make sure the repairs were handled efficiently and fairly. It’s rare to find service this thorough and this honest. I want to really shout out Jim - because he helped get my warranty to cover the repairs. He had no real obligation to actually do so, and yet he did. I am incredibly thankful for that, and really want to emphasize that Jim really went above and beyond for us. Michael and Ryan were also parts of my experience, helping me with drop off and covering while Jim was out for a day. Both were great to work with, and made my experience at the actual dealership one to remember. My car ended up having some additional issues, which the dealership was more than willing to expedite repairs on, as well as cut a fair deal for the price. When I arrived again to drop the car off, Michael recognized me, knew my name, and welcomed me back. That made me feel special, and seen - a wonderful experience I never would have expected at a dealership. The car was finished quickly, and pickup was easy. I had a very good experience while having my Dodge Charger Scat Pack repaired at Ed Voyles in Marietta. Avery Chester my Service Advisor kept me informed about what was going on with my car and was very helpful during the repair process. It's running great now!

Mikey was great, non of that pushy sales talk, instead he listened to my needs and wants. Found the perfect vehicle for my son at a good reasonable price.

The best body shop in Atlanta. I have had many accidents needing to be repaired down through the decades and the ED Voyles body shop is the absolute best. I highly recommend them. I guarantee you will be very happy with their work.

Jonathan was super excellent throughout the process. He constantly was in communication, called the extended warranty company to have everything in order and even let me know that my car rental would be partially covered by the extended warranty company.
